If you advocate for yourself to get this and you get it then good for you. It’s not a common expectation to be paid while you sleep, however.

There are specific legal protections for nannies to get overtime pay. There are specific protections for overnight pay for employERS in that the family does not pay you for all the hours that you sleep when you provide overnight care.[/quote]
