Fair and decent thing to do.[/quote] Nope, in VA if it's a live in you don't have to pay extra for overtime. You pay regular rate for however many hours (50 for example) , not 1.5 times the rate. That's the legal requirements. If you choose to pay more - that's your choice, but it's not mandatory.[/quote]
