If you, as a parent, see yourself in this: if you work WITH your nanny, she can and ahould help you to maximize the time you spend with your kids and build your connection with them. If you instead view her as the competition, not only will she likely quit, she also won’t and can’t facilitate your relationship with your kids as much as she otherwise could. If you feel disconnected from your kids, as nanny to help you with that![/quote]
