Also what benefits do parents typically give for this parttine position....what is reasonable to expect?

I consider myself a pretty experienced nanny and all the families I've worked with have given me great recommendations, ofcourse no one is perfect but I give my job my all and it's evident in the results with the children and how parents feel at the end of the day. I also post this question to gain insight becusss  It also helps me remain updated to ensure that I'm actually being paid and Im asking compensation that other nannies in the area are receiving, considering experience ofcourse and that I'm not too far out: underpaid or overcharging. Would love to hear a diverse range of suggestions and thoughts, thank you![/quote]
