No thats not what OP said. OP is saying if she refused to take out her extensions and therefore not get rid of the lice she may have to let her go. Although this situation sucks I kind of agree. I think OP needs to pay for everything regarding the Nannys hair, which she has said she will do. Nanny needs to cooperate though.

She is African. That makes me feel better if that's accurate, so maybe she doesn't have it. She's had it before though in Africa which is why she said she knows what it feels like. Part of me is hoping it's really rare with the hair extensions (I don't think she has much of her own hair) but everyone I've spoken to and everything I've read says that shouldn't make a difference.
