First off, nannies do have magical powers compared to most first-time parents. It's why we were hired. Secondly, unless you have a one-to-one nanny-child ratio, your kid will have to wait sometimes but the easiest way to juggle teo is for them to be one the same routine. As a twin nanny, it is MUCH easier to care for twins than a baby and a 3yo.[/quote]
