We have 2 yr old twins and a baby due in January. We are interested in discussing w/ our current nanny whether she would want to watch all 3 kids (with the two older ones potentially going to nursery school for a few mornings per week). We currently pay $21/hr for two. Could anyone give me a sense of the going rate for 3 kids? We live in DC. Thank you.
I pay $25 an hour for 2 children (both toddlers) in DC. Because your nanny is currently making $21 I would say bumping to $25-$28 for an additional child. Or maybe $25 plus bonus. Good luck!
