We have had a nanny for years that I know can handle all these situations on his own. It is so relieving to not have to worry, to not get random "what should we do!?" texts all the time, to be confident in knowing the person watching my kids is totally focused on their best interests and smart enough to do the right thing without my intervention.[/quote]
