[/quote] Yours is a very different situation than either PP. You got fired and replaced, PP - not let go because the child went to school or daycare. It is ridiculous to think that your nanny would be less than to your child because you gave her notice. And it is doubtful that she would find another job where she would need to start immediately and leave you before the end of four weeks. [/quote]
