Yup, this.  If I were the potential employer I'd really respect that you took the time to check the commute and were straightforward with me.  It might also make me want to meet you even more.  :-)[/quote]

It did make them want me meet me even more! They really did respect the fact that I took time to do this. I always do it before interviews, so I don't get lost or are late. Also to check out the commute. They called and texted me basically begging me to come interview. They wanted to make sure I didn't take any unnecessary route and if they could do anything to change my mind. I finally agreed to meet with them, and it went well. They seem like a great family. The ride isn't outrageous and they offered more money. I am going to think about it.[/quote]
