I think a Nanny has every right to decline coming in if her charge is ill. Honestly Nannies do not get paid enough to be able to lose even a day of work. They just cannot afford to go a day w/out pay. :( My only exception would be if the employer offered a very generous benefit package of paid sick days.[/quote]
