Ideally, we would like to have someone 3-4 nights/week starting when the baby is 6 weeks old. I’d prefer not to start before then, I will be breast feeding the first 6 weeks and keeping the baby in a bassinet in my room. However at 6 weeks, my hope is to move him into his crib in his own room and have someone come in, and bottle feed the baby (with formula or pumped breastmilk), change him and hopefully get him into a sleep schedule that we can follow on the nights where it’s just us.

Ideally looking to pay $20/hour for 4 nights/week (M,T,W,Th) or $25/hour for 3 nights/week (M,T,W) from 10pm-6am.
