I am not sure how strict your employers are, but some Muslim men & women do not approve of showing too much bare skin. Even if it is hot + you show up in a T-shirt and shorts, they may find such attire offensive. But again, it would all depend on how fundamental they are toward their faith. And they may not acknowledge Christmas so I wouldn't integrate Santa anything in regards to the children's activities.[/quote]
