I wante d to ensure that his safety wasnt an issue. We have cut her overtime over this as well. We were hoping that she would improve during her remaining time with us but that has not been the case.[/quote] I should have said that these are the options if you want to keep her until January to be nice. Otherwise, only one option: stop using the phone, or it's time to part ways. [/quote]
