I did not see what the newborn looked like, because he had a blanket covering the top of the stroller/carseat attachment, but I could recognize from the cry and from the size that it was a very very young baby.  If you know this family's nanny, please let them know. She did walk with me across the street and then up to U Street, so I was with her for a good 5 minutes during this time.  I wish I had said something.[/quote]
