How would you feel if the MB told you that since you weren't able to come on Tuesday and Wednesday they would use your PTO for those days? Despite you not being scheduled to work until next week? But because you showed up Thursday they are counting this week and using your vacation time for the days you said no? Would that be fair? Your contract isnt signed, you didn't put in a full week due to YOUR previous commitments so really you should look at the days you did actually work as babysitting or trial days.
