I read a lot of parents putting nannies down or nannies putting parents down , this is not right, walk in a Moms and Dads  shoes going to work and leaving their baby with a stranger and not knowing what happens because baby doesn't talk , this job is very important because these babies are the children of the future , and if they have in their first years of life  loving parents and a loving nanny to work together to raise a good  human being who will make a difference in this world  that we can see is lacking love and compassion and understanding.  Let's take this job seriously we are creating an impact on a very young mind , the first years of life are very important because the first three the brain of a child it's like a sponge learning so much! Please parents and nannies let's work together and make these first years be wonderfull![/quote]
