[/quote] The hours would not be doubled. My kids do camp and for instance this summer we are away 3.5 weeks, next summer would probably be 2 weeks. If I could guess, out of the 11 weeks of summer this year, our AP is maybe working 40hrs 2 of those weeks. One week is because jet lag after we return. However, I do agree, too risky for me, I should probably do straight hourly, as I'd probably end up shelling out less money and I don't think the candidates could really see that they'd work less under a fixed type plan.[/quote]
