[/quote] +1 MB here who just went through a great nanny moving away and having to find a replacement. You have already shouldered enough of the burden of making this year work out easily for the family and unless you really wanted to keep them as a reference there is no reason not to look out for yourself now. Take the time to look for a new position that will be a great fit for you, and then just give your 2 weeks notice. Don't wait - time is on your side and you should use it to improve your situation, not theirs.[/quote]
