In that time she has been late by a few min every once and a while. She has overslept once and I didn't hear from her until 10am. Another time she had a medical emergency and went to hospital in the middle of the night. She said she was unable to reach us since her phone died. I didn't hear from her until 1pm that day.  Today she didn't show up and we have heard nothing. In all cases we text and call. Even though it has happened before it is very unusual. She is usually very prompt and loves our kid.

Do we call to report her missing? If so when do we do that? We have reached out to a family member and a friend who also have not heard from her. I am obviously hoping everything is ends up ok and assuming it is do we let her her go? I have to trust that she is going to show up so that I can get to work. I think our kid would be really upset if she was not working for us anymore. He is really attached to her.
