If they're still calling you regularly then the next time they call, ASK! It's easy:

"[MB] I wanted to speak to you, because I'm confused. When we last spoke a couple of weeks ago, you said you would take care of me for a little while financially. I now realize that I have no idea what exactly you meant by that. If you don't mind letting me know what you had in mind specifically I would very much appreciate it, so I can plan accordingly as I may need to dip into my savings while I continue searching for a new position. Thank you."

If you're not up to saying that on the phone then you can email it to her. Either way, you MUST ask her because 1) You have NO idea what she meant when she said that or what she is actually planning to do and 2) It doesn't make ANY sense to sit around and wait two more weeks for a direct deposit that may not actually be heading your way.
