I agree with the other PP above, what I would charge REALLY depends on those questions. I would charge different rates if I worked in DC than, say, kentucky. I would also charge different rates if I was watching twin 1 year olds, a 15 year old and an 8 year old, a newborn and a 5 year old, etc.
