[/quote] I'm going to guess you're posting from flyover country and don't understand the term "residential zone". There is no designated "visitor spot". There is a parking pass valid for the zone. It's up to the nanny to find a legal spot in the zone. That spot might be on the block where they work (and usually is) but it is also quite possible that they have to park a few blocks away. Any responsible adult who works in the city knows this and takes that into consideration when deciding on a job. Offering a metro pass and bonus for taking public transportation is...humorous. Sure, dim NFs who don't realize that there are many more nannies than positions might choose this, but for most of the adult population, working out their own transportation is expected in any city.[/quote]
