Sibling groups are harder.  I've trained three sibling groups (almost 2 and almost 3; 2 and 4; almost 2, almost 3 and 4.5).  The closer in age the kids are and the younger they are, the better it is.  Unless one child obviously isn't ready, everyone does the same thing at the same time during the initial stages of training, there are no punishments, but we don't go to any activities until everyone is capable of waiting until we get to our destination.  I've been hired twice specifically because I have experience potty training 3-5 year olds (one was the sibling group with the 4.5 year old), and while I can do it, I hate coming in last minute to work with the 4 and 5 year olds.  The older children have had training started and stopped several times, so it can take months for them to want to do it.  With 19 month and 22 month old children who aren't related and haven't spent much time together, I would think that it would be easier if the nanny waits at least a month until the kids are used to doing everything at the same time.  They're both young enough that it's not something that needs to be pushed for a few months, but a little encouragement and the example of the other child doing it might do the trick.[/quote]
