We have face timed and their mom and grandma sends me pics and texts here and there.  I told them Easter baskets full of things and will take them stockings for Christmas soon. I will admit I've been avoiding actually visiting because I want sure how to feel about seeing him older and it's weird I know.  Their mom is having a 3rd baby in spring and we just keep in touch.  It depends on your relationship with the family. There is another family that I blocked all contact from but when I think of the kids my heart aches but there is nothing that can be done. Just like everything else in life, you move forward and on.
