It might mean that you cover when that nanny isn't available, but it would give you some breathing room, and that part-time nanny might be available to cover your PTO/vacation.

5.  If you are willing to work that much, you can easily ask for a high salary.

No matter what you choose to say, you have to be willing to live with the result.  That might mean that the family needs all those hours but prefers to pay just one nanny, so you would be looking for another position.  I can't say what would be best for you, but I wish you luck![/quote]
