Yes and at first it was fine but lately it's to the point the kids don't even want to go home... :shock: They are not super easy since they fight alot, but yelling back at them only makes matters worse. I thought nannies knew how to deal with sibling rivalry?? Nothing sinister, just age-appropriate behavior.

I talked to her about one incident that happened not too long ago but felt like that should have been a warning for her. But she still does the same thing and [b]took her anger at our conversation out on my kids after we talked since she felt like they "told on her"!![/b] Then we had another talk and I told her to be open and interact with the kids. So maybe the nanny cam is the answer (as much as i hate the idea of one since trust is a big thing)...
