I thought nannies knew how to deal with sibling rivalry?? Nothing sinister, just age-appropriate behavior. I talked to her about one incident that happened not too long ago but felt like that should have been a warning for her. But she still does the same thing and took her anger at our conversation out on my kids after we talked since she felt like they "told on her"!! Then we had another talk and I told her to be open and interact with the kids. So maybe the nanny cam is the answer (as much as i hate the idea of one since trust is a big thing)... Thanks![/quote]
