Why do you instantly assume the worst?  OP said they have been good to her but it's time to move on.  You leap to "cretins" and assumptions about what they will do.  Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone else will.  OP sounds like she is handling this very professionally, which is very much to her credit.   Your approach seems quite the opposite.  [/quote]
