[/quote] Duh, you aren't so smart, are you, my dear? Thing is, who gets the permit, the nanny or the parent? The nanny has to live-in to qualify as a resident of the home, and all the adults in the home need to get background checked. And yes, the place must be child proofed, and checked by various inspectors. [/quote]
