Infant nanny here. Most days will depend on the age and tempermant. Younger babies tend to nap more and there were bouts of boredom, but I've also had my fair share of sleep regression, colicky babies, reflux, etc. I've had one AP baby that I held for all naps. My current charge is 7 months. He is very happy and only fusses when hungry. Our current routine is 7:30am: Solids ( mom nursed at 6:30am wakeup) 8 - 8:30: Either a quick walk or light play ( he likes relaxed mornings) 9:30/10 - 11am: Nap 11:15am: Bottle and solids 11:45/12pm: Out to classes, park, library, etc. 2:00am - 3:30/4: Nap 3:45/4:15pm: Bottle 4:15/4:45: Walk or park. 6pm: Bath routine MB arrives home at 6:15/30 to feed and do bed routine. At 4 months he napped every 90 - 120 mins, we went for a daily walk, a free story time class 1-2 times a week, read books, worked on milestones, danced around to music, played with toys, etc. It can get repetitive but I love my days with my charge. Verbal interaction is key. I talk a lot to him during the day. You will be fine:).
