8 - 8:30: Either a quick walk or light play ( he likes relaxed mornings)
9:30/10 - 11am: Nap
11:15am: Bottle and solids
11:45/12pm: Out to classes, park, library, etc.
2:00am - 3:30/4: Nap
3:45/4:15pm: Bottle
4:15/4:45: Walk or park. 
6pm: Bath routine
MB arrives home at 6:15/30 to feed and do bed routine.

At 4 months he napped every 90 - 120 mins, we went for a daily walk, a free story time class 1-2 times a week, read books, worked on milestones, danced around to music, played with toys, etc.

It can get repetitive but I love my days with my charge. Verbal interaction is key. I talk a lot to him during the day. You will be fine:).
