It can be argued that this will be a pain for the nanny but if you are compensating her well you should definitely be able to find a qualified nanny willing to switch share locations with a set schedule. [/quote]
How many years have you actually done a share evenly split between two houses? What was the schedule for each of your jobs like that? How old were the children?
