They live 20-30 minutes away but are only asking for cleaning related to child. Benefits are guaranteed 45 hour weekly wage, 2 weeks paid vacation ( potentially 3-4 weeks), 5 paid sick days per 6 months. I really liked this family and we hit it off. My gut feeling is it the best choice. However, this is short-term ( 3 months) but willing to put off daycare for a year if it proves to be a great fit. They have a small condo in a high-rise with many infant classes.

Both positions start at the same time. Which do you think sounds the best? [/quote]
