I'm definitely starting up to date and constantly researching. I've taken the time to update certifications, immunizations, etc. for families. I have two part-time jobs at the moment with families I've known for quite some time. I would really love just one full time though. It's bumming me out and I've noticed I didn't click with any of these families except for one. I have gone down on my rate a little. I'm in Arlington and charge $15 per hour for a young infant.
