I am unaware of the rule that allows anyone earning 150+ to sponsor domestic employees. The fact that you use language like "green card or residency card" (the same thing) leads me to believe you don't know what you're talking about. The only US citizens allowed to sponsor a domestic employee are the ones who reside abroad, and are coming to the U.S. on a temporary basis, no more than four years. And the employment relationship must have existed before their repatriation.
