my start of employment is July. The 8days (4days/wk) I worked with them, 5 days she is late for 15-30minutes and didnt pay for it.

Btw, I havent answer the contract she sent me because of the feeling of a lil bit of discomfort with the MB.

Sometimes in June right after I accept this job, I found a temporary 1 week only babysitting job. The family were great the kids
Are well mannered and pay is better that what I would be getting in August. And I just found out while working wit them that
they know the family I would be working with in August. (Know each other but not friends).

Making story short, I received an email from this temporary family today, that they are needing a nanny and if I know of anyone.
I am shyly admitting that I would love to be their nanny, instead of the family that I would going to in August.

Advice please..
