I have heard of some nannies having an H1-B sponsored, but I have no idea whether that is an option here. I'd talk to an immigration attorney. [/quote] To be eligible for the H1-B status, the job must require at least a bachelor's degree, and you'll have to deal with the annual quota, i.e. timing our application to have the best chance of getting a slot. That's what it was like a few years ago.[/quote]
