I am working for family #1 which is going well but we are not an exceptional fit. Fam #2 I've known for a while from babysitting their son as a newborn. The mom will be going back to work mid-August and offered me the position. They are closer, better, a wonderful fit personality wise. The good thing is I've only been with this family for 5.5 weeks. They could easily find someone else, I'm sure. [/quote]
