We absolutely adore our nanny and want to do what's fair, but don't know if the same % raise is warranted when she will actually be doing less work. Friends have suggested that we ask her to run errands or do some light housework while DD is in school and then give her another 7% raise... but I still don't think there is much for her to do even with minimal errands.

What do others do in this situation, and would love to hear from other nannies about what you think is fair.[/quote]
