What I'd want to see most is your work history (length of tenure and number of positions), details on the ages and numbers of kids you've managed, and basic scope of the position.

So something like:
February 2009-August 2011 - started with family with one newborn, stayed with them until the child started preschool.  40 hours/week (9-5) inclusive of all basic care, laundry, play area maintenance, etc...

September 2011-Currently - started with family when first child was 9 mths old, stayed through birth of second child, position ending as second child enters preschool.  50 hours week, all care for both children, inclusive of 3 meals a day, assisting with potty training for both kids, managing playdates, shuttling older child to/from preschool, etc...

You can also separate work history from skills if you want to list things like:
- CPR trained
- experienced in establishing and maintaining sleep and feeding schedules
- assisted in potty training for 5 kids over my assignments
- average length of tenure has been 3 years

etc....

Make it easy to read, highlight steady work employment and range of experience, and don't be repetitive or too redundant.

Just the fact that you have a resume will set you apart (trust me!) and if it's polished and well presented you're ahead of the game.
