I personally wouldn't probably call back or text them if that is how you have been communicating. It just feels too intrusive. If they call you and tell you, at that time, you could ask something similar: "Thank you for letting me know. Could I ask for your honest feedback? Your family is exactly the type I would like to work for, so I'd really value your input - what could I do better during the interviewing process?" [/quote]
