And she gets flustered if my phone isn't answered quickly bc I miss calls due to it being in my purse or in the kitchen where it usually is all of the time.

My MB took responsibility for it and told me to check with my sprint insurance and she will take care of any deductible.  My 5 yr old told her exactly what happened before I could.  She understands when HER kids break something she should fix it. She said it was a "direct consequence of his disobedience"

If I had been standing up using the thing and he came up and pushed me or hugged me making it fall I wouldn't even question responsibility because I was actually using it and shouldn't be.  Or if drink spilled on it etc.  but simply sitting at the table and eating your child chooses to ignore directions and knocks things off then there was nothing I could do.  It was not in his reach and he is old enough to understand personal space and how to behave while eating.

Even though she has offered to cover the cost I will more than likely only take half because he didn't actually go into my bag and throw it or anything.  But yes it was on the Table out of his reach and in MY space which he was invading.
