That being said, you are already paying her for an extra 2 weeks after letting her go. Why not just call that payment for her vacation time? She feels entitled to payment for the vacation time, but she is in no way entitled to an extra 2 weeks of payment for no reason. Just call it payment for her vacation time and be done with it.
