If I'm interviewing and I sense deceit you are out of the running. ESPECIALLY for a nanny position. One of the top non-negotiables is honesty and trust. So you'd better be an excellent liar on the spot, and prepared to sustain a lie over the long-term if you choose this approach. People rarely lie as well as they think. The interviewer might not be sharp enough to catch it, but that's a risky bet.[/quote]
