This is pretty much my ideal role as well except with twins instead of a single. I've always worked for families with twins and while I find it to sometimes be challenging to juggle the needs of two I also find it very rewarding. [/quote]

I love starting from birth and being very involved from the get go.  It's extremely frustrating to go into a new position with an older child, and that's just not my forte.

I thought about becoming a NCS because I prefer the age, but I know I'd miss out on the other stages I also love.[/quote]
