[/quote] Not OP but I don't think the limiting use of the cell phone to work related issues is unreasonable at all. But I would allow cell phone use when the baby is sleeping. Working a 45 hour M-F week, the nanny needs to make various appointments, check on car repair status, etc. during the week. [/quote]
