He is fine when his parents leave but he melts down if his routine gets messed up. He gets very cranky/tantrum when he is tired and hasn't eaten and he is very empathetic and sensitive. He is a big challenge for me but I still love working with him. Even though your child may not be special needs you might want a special needs nanny or let the nanny you interview know what the situation is. It's harder on him to keep having nanny's quit. You just need to find a great nanny that caN Handle his ups and downs And not take it personally. [/quote]
