If your nanny is sick (from a cold that she caught from your child) and you still have her come into work, do you mind if she has a low-key day with the kids? By low-key, I mean things like playing quiet games, reading and watching a movie?
We all power through work if we have a cold. So does our nanny, we tell her to take it easy but she still goes and schedules play dates, outings, etc. So hard to tell what she means by not feeling well. We do however want to know if she has a fever and what temp at night and in the AM. Then we say stay home. She hasn't taken that may sick days at all, maybe 1-2, and then Anjou here or there for a doctor appointment.
