We also have a full time live out nanny.[/quote] We do something very similar, except I do not offer all Fed holidays because I don't get all Fed holidays and need coverage for the "less popular" Fed holidays. I am very specific in the contract about which holidays we can offer and add some extras (day after Thanksgiving and two additional holidays for her personal cultural celebrations that she requested. We also give her her birthday off paid). It seems to work very well for us.[/quote]
