Got caught of. If I were a parent and my nanny did that. I would not only fire, but take legal action. That is irresponsible and can easily get in the hands of the wrong person. I would make sure my nanny would be charged with child endangerment and distribution of child pornography. [/quote] I'm on your side but I really really really don't think it's as easy as that. People take naked pictures of their kids all the time and it's certainly not porn. You'd probably have to offer up every picture you've ever taken off your kid and I'd there was one of them nude you'd lose your case. A naked pic doesn't pornography make. There's much more to it,  there has to be out every parent since the invention of cameras would be convicted of kiddie porn production. Think about it. [/quote]

Actually it's not that difficult depending on the states these nannies are in. Parents have been charged with child porn charges for bathtime photos of their kids that were just on thei cameras and film to be developed. 
That was parents. These are nannies.  These  photos are being posted on line. These nannies could be in some hot water.[/quote]
